Further training and education for
physicians, surgeons, orthopedists and other medical experts

An important element of our philosophy is further training for all foot-surgery physicians worldwide. DARCO has organized and supported international foot-surgery congresses and symposiums on all continents, for example in Europe, China, the USA or Saudi Arabia. Our specific training programs on foot and ankle wound care have been attended by a great number of diabetologists and podiatrists.

Since mid-2008 we also offer workshops all over Germany on standard taping and kinesiological taping for physiotherapists and physicians.

In the United States DARCO supports universities, podiatry schools, medical associations and specialist associations alike.

DARCO is main sponsor of the Society for Foot Surgery - an independent professional society with more than 600 members. The Society for Foot Surgery was founded in 1993 by Dr. H. Darrel Darby, foot surgeon and the founder of DARCO.

Further training and education is an essential part of our vision to support and promote foot surgery worldwide. Physicians profit from our expert knowledge, even when highly innovative special products cannot be used for economic reasons right from the beginning.
