With the hard shell circumferential protection, the Body Armor^® Walker II can be used like a cast. Leverage fastener similar to ski boot buckles are attached directly at the shell and controls compression and immobilisation. Two insoles can be taken out for further rework and off-loading. An additional stabilization plate at the heel saves the foot much more in this area.

ATW™ (Achilles Tendon Wedge): In conformity of the footsizes, three wedges will be placed one upon the other and fixed inside the Walker. You will get a off-loading position for the Achilles tendon.
